TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The contest / lucky draw is bought to you by Ginmit (GINMIT) having its principal office at 21, Jalan Kempas Lama 1, Kawasan Perindustrian Jalan Kempas Lama1, 81300 Johor Bahru and hosted via the official Ginmit address at ginmit-retail.com

Ginmit is the only sponsor for this contest.

By entering into this contest / lucky draw, the entrants (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will apply to the “Celebrating 35 Amazing Years Lucky Draw Contest” (“Contest”). By entering the Contest, Entrants are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other information regarding prizes and how to enter including the Notification (defined below) and any Contest notices posted. 

This document will have priority over any inconsistent terms in any applicable Contest notice.

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest commences from 3rd Nov 2017 until 24th Dec 2017.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1     On the date of entry you must be at least 21 (twenty-one), years of age to be eligible to enter the Contest.
2.2     Directors, management, officers and employees (and their immediate family: parents, children, siblings and spouses, and household members) of Ginmit, and their affiliated companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1     Entrants must be either a member of Ginmit Smart Club & Pro Décor Club.
3.2     Entrants entitled to 1 lucky draw chance with every RM500 spent in Ginmit Stores. Each participant may submit multiple entries but he/she cannot win more than once.
3.3     Entrants affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Contest entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by GINMIT) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
3.3    Entries must be received during the Contest Period.
3.4     By entering the Contest each participant agrees that:
a. any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the GINMIT for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes GINMIT may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided GINMIT with consent;
b. GINMIT may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in GINMIT publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Contest or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
c. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in GINMIT without further compensation.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS AND PRIZES
4.1.    Entry to the Contest commences on 3rd Nov 2017 and closes on 24th Dec 2017 ("closing date"). Entries must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
4.2     Representatives of GINMIT will pick the lucky draw winner from eligible entries. No correspondence will be entertained about Sony's decision.
4.3     Winners must produce proof of identity e.g NRIC & Smart Club Card or Pro Décor Card and the printed prize notification email or showing of SMS upon the prize collection.
4.5    The Winners will be sent a Notification within 1 week of Contest closing. No communication will be made to participants who are not successful.
4.6    Date of prizes given might be differ from each branch. Each branch will call up the winners to redeem the prizes.
4.7    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. GINMIT accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and GINMIT has the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
4.8    All prizes which are not won or remain unclaimed after one (1) month of the announcement of the winners will be forfeited.
